I have been bound and determined to find an Irish Cream that is gluten-free!
Well....I had a reply today from the e-mail I sent and St. Brendan's Irish Cream and it is gluten-free!!!!!

uh oh! Does bailey's irish creme contain gluten? From your post, I would have to assume that it does. How about Emmets?
found by accident during an endoscopy for GERD/PUD in June 2006. Biopsy positive X2. IgA/glutein blood test confirmed July 2006. Have GERD (prevacid) and Gallstones too!

Bailey's couldn't confirm either way the last time we checked....I have no idea about the other one you listed. Best thing to do is try to get contact info and e-mail them to ask!
