Is anyone doing Paleo Diet with any weight loss success? I'd like to try it for a few weeks.

Hey Meg,
I am always mixing things up, but I can tell you thhat eating Paleo does result in weight loss and less bloating....even after 5 days. However, I only eat that way for 4-5 days at a time because of my workout schedule. I find I am drained and have no energy. I just got the book Paleo for Athletes and am looking forward to reading it.
At the moment, weight loss is not my goal so I eat 4-5 days Paleo and 2 days with rice products.
For real weight loss, I suppose consistancy is the key.
