I am taking two heaps of psyllium seed husk and also two tablets of Pro Diem per day - what I am not sure about is what is the best way to take these for maximum "binding" effect?

Should I take them before meals or after meals? And also, do you take your acidophillus before or after meals?

Thanks, guys!

:) Hi Karen,
I took these directions directly off a bottle of acidophillus:

Directions As a dietary supplement for adults, one to two vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I would possibly contact a health food store as I think they would more knowledgeable about this.

Good luck, let me know if this helps you.
