Are there certain lipsticks that are 100% gluten-free? Same with makeup and shampoo. I'ver been told lipstick is more important cuz we do kind of eat it (shudder) during the day. Thanks

Sigrid:
Welcome to the board!
Yes lipstick is very important to be gluten free. Anything that can get into or near your mouth must be safe.
To start with I would recommend Burts Bee's lipgloss and lipstick - they all are gluten free and readily available at CVS.
And Dove Shampoo and Conditioner are also gluten free.

Hi Sigrid--and welcome
I use Neutrogena lip products. Their lipsticks, lip glosses and lip tints are all fine. Badger makes a great lip balm, too.
Thermasilk and Dove are widely available shampoos that are safe--always read the labels, though, just in case anything has changed.
