I'm heading to France in mid Novembre, and wonder how you fared, or are faring over there.
I know most French chefs don't like to change their recipies, and they use a lot of sauces with wheat flour. I know there are lots of asian restaurants and cafeterias in the metro areas of France, but like small towns in the US, just finding a rice cake may difficult. Bon chance to both of us!
