The Nu World Amaranth cereals are all of those free, but most people don't like them. I have had the Os and like them, but I really like bland cereals (Nature's Path Fruit Juice Cornflakes are my favourite, and the honey ones are too sweet), but you could try those. I also get Quinoa Puffs and Amaranth Puffs. I am allergic to rice though, so you might have more options than I'm thinking. Good luck!
