Can someone please tell me what soaps,shampoos,deodorants and lotions we can use? Or a web site that tells of these things? Thanks Suzanne

Neutrogena has shampoos, conditioners and soaps that are gluten-free, as does Pantene. Clan Thompson (www.clanthompson.com) offers a database with an abundance of items that are gluten-free, along with those that aren't. Check it out. You can either download it to your PC, PalmPilot (or both), or order them in print form. There is a charge, but it is worth it. And, you can download a sample at no charge just to check it out.

I was diagnosed in May and this database helped me tremendously. That being said, manufacturers change their ingredients without notice, so always read the label.
