My mom brought home three boxes of Lundberg's Risotto for me to try: Garlic Primavera, Creamy Parmesan, and Butternut Squash.
I am verysensitive to minute amounts of gluten, but have no symptoms, so I never know when I've been glutened or what product did it.
I completely trust Lundberg Farms in terms of cross-contamination with their rices and rice cakes. However, I have never eaten a boxed mix from them. The ingredients appear to be gluten-free, but I'm worried about such ingredients as spices (black pepper, ginger, nutmeg, sage, dried garlic, dried parsley, tumeric, and paprika extract). I know that spices, in and of themselves, are gluten-free, but I also know that most of them are not produced on dedicated lines (according to McCormick).
So, I rely on all of you!
Has anybody had problems with this product?
Thank you!!
Macy

I believe that the Lundberg Risotto is clearly marked as gluten-free on the box. I am also sensitive and have been eating this with no problems. They are pretty good so enjoy!
