What kind of thing are you looking for? I make pasta sauces from scratch all the time - it really is fasty and easy - but it depends on what sort of flavor you want. Tomato based sauces are nice and fast. A pasta salad with vegetables only needs a decent vinaigrette dressing. You can use sour cream, lemon juice, and chives for a nice creamy sauce if you can do dairy.

Mrs. Leeper's pasta/sauce mixes are delicious and easy. They taste great cold for school lunches when heating isn't an option. I found them in a local grocery store in central MA...but if you can't find them here is the distributor.

You mentioned that brand to me last night and at the Celiac fair today I saw their Cheeseburger Mac and Lasagna something. . .I bought the beef one for my brother (he is Celiac but not vegetarian). They wern't selling the Alfrado sauce though but I am sure I can orger it!
