I was just prescribed this birth control today. Is it gluten-free? The woman at Family Planning couldn't get an answer out of the pharmacist.
Thank you,

I think your best bet - you knew I'd say this - is to call Ortho-McNeil. I've had good luck with their lines, and trust calling the manufacturer directly more than asking the pharmacist to do it.

When you find out, can you post the answer? I'm on day six of being gluten-free, and I've been taking it. I guess I shouldn't assume that since ortho tricyclen is gluten-free that ortho tricyclen lo is gluten-free too, eh?
Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone!
I spoke to a representative at Ortho-McNeill and she told me that Ortho-Tricyclen Lo is gluten-free. Never trust a Pharmacist who says that they don't know!!!!
