On a recent trip to my local Whole Foods (Ridgewood, NJ) I found the WFGF Bakery now makes Pie Crusts! Full 9". They come raw/2 to a pack. (All my gluten-free stuff is in a freezer in that store) I can't remember how much they were, but they were probably over $6 or more.
Look out for them!

Thanks for letting us know! I've eaten their personal size pies with the gluten-free crusts (only tried the apple, and LOVE it!) and have enjoyed the crusts...so now I'm going to try this year and make my own pie! Happy that someone else has tried and liked!
