Just want to remind folks that live in communites where there may be significant Jewish population---it is Passover season and many stores in those communites are loaded with unique gluten free items--lLeiber and Gefen are two brands that have a number of unusal products identified as gluten free!!

I just bought a bunch of cookies today by Kineret, and it also said gluten free right on the box. :)

Dear mandasmom,
The Chocolate Emporium at www.choclat.com has gluten free, casein free kosher confections. They sell three of the Lieber's cake mixes on there as well. You should check it out! They are located in Ohio. www.jewishceliacs.com/ might have some good stuff for you. I Googled Jewish Celiacs, and this is what I found. Another one for recipes is www.celiac.com/st_main.html?p_catid=64 - This last one seemed to have to best recipes www.allergygrocer.com/id849.html . I hope this helps!
Sincerely,
