Help
Im looking for foods that are Gluten-free Casein-free, i am having a hard time finding ones for stuff in regular grocery stores.

I don't eat anything pre-made (if that is what you mean), and I am gluten/casein free, but I keep this list on hand. http://www.tacanow.com/

Thanks I had seen that list but we dotn have any of those brands here, well besides the gerber bb food. Im thinking i might just go to a basic diet for awhile and see how that goes.
