I haven't been tested yet but I am almost positive that diary is a big no no for me.. I am wondering if there is some sort of gluten free & dairy free list?
also... does anyone know which boars head cold cuts are both dairy & gluten free.. some packages say one or the other and I have only seen two with both..

If you google under gluten free casein free you will find assistance, even if it usually is from those using the diet for autism. Here is one list of forbidden or questionable ingredients:
