I've seen Thai Kitchen products recommended many times here, so decided to try some...and they are great!

Just wanted to remind others that many, but not all, of their products are gluten free. I mistakenly purchased their Hot & Sour Rice Noodle Bowl without carefully reading the ingredients list. This is one of their products that does contain wheat, as I found out just before I went to prepare it (made sure I checked the list again!) My spouse will get to eat it for lunch instead.

That is a very good reminder for us. It's important to read ingredients of products you buy all the time because they may change the formula without us knowing.
