I've come across Bansi brand rice flour at a decent price, but I hesitate to try it unless I can be at least somewhat confident in the quality, and especially the CC issue. Has anyone tried this brand, and what was your experience? Also, it would of course be great if the flour is finely ground and so forth, which is also something I don't know about yet.
