There is an Asian specialty store near my home that sells rice flour and tapioca starch for much cheaper than I can get at Bob's Red Mill. I am worried about cross-contamination since the flour is not made by a specialty company. Has anyone had any experiences with the flours at ethnic stores?

Thanks.
