B) Aloha,
Has anyone used the Elisa home testing kit that detects gluten in food?
I'm wondering how much it costs and how many times you can test food w/it before having to purchase another one? Thanks ><>SUZANNE<><

The only one I know anything about is something like 5 tests for $80. You can use each test just once, they test only to about 200 ppm, and don't work well on some things. Some people do use them but I've just never the value.

I saw those awhile ago, but the cost definitely didn't justify the value to me.
