I've tried searching the web and I tried contacting the company but get no response - does anyone know if IBC root beer is gluten-free? There isn't anything suspicious on the label, but I can't seem to confirm one way or another whether it's safe.

I called on this last year and was told by the company that it is gluten-free. I would call and double check, things can always change.
