I am half sure that kashi go lean's protein shake is gluten free. I'm also pretty sure it is dairy free. The problem is that is made of soy, which tends to make me run as fast as I can to the bathroom. Does anyone know of a protein shake/weight loss shake that is gluten, dairy, and soy free? thanks!

according to the other post, it has whey in it, though, which means it has dairy.
nope, I've never found one free of all those - so you may have to make you're own.
the protein powders that I've found that are gluten, soy, and dairy free:
* rice protein powder, such as this one from GeniSoy's MLO line
* pea protein powder, such as this one from Kirkman labs
* gluten-free grain based powders, such as VegLife's Peaceful Planet Supreme Meal line
* hemp protein powder, such as this one from Nutiva
then mix them into your own smoothie (a banana or coconut milk works great for texture, then some berries, or a bit of juice, or veggies if you have a juicer).
