I have been diganosed with Celiac since last march but also have yeast problems and had to be on the yeast and Celiac diet at the same time, the yeast is gone now and i can go back to the Celiac diet, how do i find foods that i can eat? I am lost and dont know where to start?

So if I understand you... Your just doing the gluten free diet now? If so ... I would start with only fresh foods first. Unless you know for sure you have no other food allergies. Once feeling better introduce new stuff one at a time. Some people have no problem with the gluten-free products that are out there. Be careful some of them arent gluten-free at all. I have more than just gluten to think about so I eat only fresh foods but I found that out by a process of elimination. This is what worked for me may not work for anyone else , but it helped to pinpoint stuff that was making me sick.
