Dear Gluten-Free Friends,
My best friend just began selling Mary Kay products. I was wondering about their acne gel and mask. My skin is broken out very badly. I was wondering if anyone knew if these items were safe. I have a list. The ingredients are as follows:
Acne Treatment Gel: aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) seed extract, butylene glycol, butylparaben, carbomer, cucumis sativus (cucumber) fruit extract, diethylhexyl sodium sulfosuccinate, disodium edta, echinacea purpurea extract, ethylparaben, glycerin, isobutylparaben, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, poloxamer 182, propylene glycol, propylparaben, silica, sodium hydroxide, water. Product is 5 percent benzoyl peroxide.
Clarifying Mask: water, kaolin, propylene glycol, C12-15, alcohols benzoate, magnesium aluminum silicate, tea lauryl sulfate, xanthan gum, chamomile extract, lavender extract, methylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, D&C Violet #2, FD&C Red #4.
Sincerely,
NoGluGirl
