We are planning a trip to St Martin / St Maarten in November. Are there specific restaurants that were more accommodating than others? Were you able to eat food that wasn't completely flavor-less?

I've been to St. Maarten / St. Martin a couple times, but unfortunately both times were pre-diagnosis. However, I do remember eating a lot of fish. Which side are you staying on? I think you may have more luck on the Dutch side by town, as I remember them having the more basic dishes.
Hopefully someone can provide you with more detailed info.
I love St. Martin... one of my favorite islands.

We are going in December. I was hoping someone would have some info also!
I did find this page that lists St Maarten restaurants and some of them have menus on their page.
