CW is a Kraft product. Kraft clearly lists any gluten in the ingredients.

Most unseasoned meat tenderizers are made with extract of Papaya which is a natural meat tenderizer... I dont think it has gluten in it...
Traci-Self Diagnosed after removing all gluten from my diet... Please note I do not advocate self diagnosis but a woman's gotta do what she's gotta do!!
