I've been using only McCormick brand spices, but just learned they do have wheat in the plant, they say they clean the equipment between runs, but that bothers me..what brand do you use?

I only use McCormick...from my understanding, they are very aware of cross contamination, and wonderful about labeling. I trust them and have not been glutened from them.

I grow my own or use McCormick, Tone, and Durkee. Check their websites. They list what is gluten-free.
