Can gluten be stored in fat cells. i lost 30lb in the last 8 mo. since changing my diet. I've been gluten free for 2 mo. can my body be slowly getting glutened while loosing or burning fat ? btw 240lb to 205 im 6,3 . I was diagnosed about 2.5mo ago with a blood test, gluten sensitive. Im slowly feeling better and being very careful not to eat gluten. any thoughts? Thanks
