Yo guys,

Just a quick question, i'm taking a general health/sleeping pills that contains wheat/barley leaves. Are these leaves gluten free, am I safe to take them? I tend to have a quite a high tolerance too gluten so I won't really notice if its doing me harm for a while so i'd rather get it right now!

Any help welcome

Thanks
Rob

I know there's problems with CC in wheat and barley grass (I can attest to that.)

I would find something else. There is no way that is safe for us.

I do not think those are gluten free, I personally would not go near them or use them.
