Hi all - my 2 cents
My mom cooks our holiday meals - and we have the full course.......the difference being:
stuffing is cooked in a pan rather than in the bird. We make Sure the bird or ham is gluten free....
As for my mom's wonderful gravy.......we use cornstarch to thicken it.
Veggies and Mashed potatoes are gluten free.
the only change we made was how the stuffing is Cooked.....not a major deal.
