I'm sure this has probably been asked and answered a million times on this forum but, I'm looking at a vitamin that has wheat grass and barley grass listed. The manufacturer says it's gluten-free.....I just want to be sure.

as far as i have been told, NOT gluten-free 
which makes me sad b/c i loved the Naked Juice Green Machine w/ wheat grass. Just makes me sick

Dairy-free for good since summer 2008
Started IBS diet and probiotics at GI's recommendation - Fall 2008
Also avoiding: potatoes, beans, crucifers, popcorn, most red meat, coconut milk :(
