Have you all ever heard of the web site called www.calorie-count.com. IT'S FREE
My dietician has me keeping track on it. It keeps track of your weight, food intake, and activities. Then it will also give you an analysis with carb, protein etc listed. It is geared more to the weight loss idea, but it will also helps you keep track if you are trying to gain weight.
You may have to create your own food item on things like gluten free bread , but for the most part you can find a similiar food item to use.
Just thought I'd share this site with you all.
