I am stressing because we have been eating Prego spaghetti sauce at least once a week (the whole family eats gluten-free) and after further investigating I am thinking maybe it isn't gluten-free after all. I will call the company next week during business hours if I can't find someone that knows before then. It is really stressing me though so I thought I would ask here to see if someone knew.

I am asking in particular about Prego italian sausage and garlic spaghetti sauce.

What sauces are gluten-free and what aren't?

I read that the traditonal prego sauce is ok. I ate it with no problem. Look back in this forum and somewhere was a site you can download. Its about 51 pages long but worth it.

I don't know about prego, but classico is a good brand to purchase. They have gluten-free info right on their website under the FAQ's section. They have a variety of sauces and I think they are yummy!!

Here is what classico says about their sauces gluten-free status:

Which of the Classico Sauces are gluten-free?
All of the Classico red and white sauces are gluten-free.

Here is the web address:

From what I understand Prego Traditional is the only one that is gluten-free.
