I've been diagnosed and gluten-free for the last 18 months. Over the course of the last month, I've also gone dairy free. While my bathroom issues have improved (I'm trying not to be graphic on the baking forum!), I'm still trying to get my weight back up since I went gluten-free. I'm almost 20 pounds lighter, even though I'm feeling better (mostly). Does anyone have recipe for a high carb, protein bar that is gluten-free and DF? If it's whole grain, that would be better!
