Has anyone ever attempted making bagel chips? If yes, recipes would be appreciated.

The bagels I made from scratch were oddly sweet. They were boiled in sugar water before baking. Not sure they'd make good chips. Have you tried the Enjoy Life bagels from the freezer? Daughter likes them. I should think they would work if you sliced them into thin chips then baked them until crisp.

Thanks for asking I was wondering too. I bought some bagels that I don't like and would like to make them into chips.
