A standwich isn't a sandwich without...well you know the rest. Which Mayos are gluten-free and whcich are not? Thanks!

Most (if not ALL) mayonnaise is gluten-free.
Here is a list of a few I know about:

Best Foods Mayonnaise (Real, Light and Just 2 Good)
Cain’s All Natural Mayonnaise
GOURMAYO (French’s) sun-dried tomato, wasabi horseradish
Hain Mayonnaise: Safflower, Safflower, Eggless, Canola
Heart Beat Foods - Heart Beat Mayonnaise
Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (Real, Light, and Just 2 Good)
Kraft Mayonnaise Regular, Miracle Whip Regular,
Mrs. Filberts Mayonnaise: Light, Regular & Yolks Only
Nasoya (Vitasoy) Nayonaise, Lowfat Nayonaise, Dijon Nayonaise
Select mayonnaise: reg. reduced fat, fat free
Spectrum Organic Canola mayonnaise—regular, lite

I would agree that probably all mayo is gluten-free. In three years I've never found one that wasn't.
