I work in an office part-time, and we don't have a fridge to keep milk and/or cream in for our coffee. Our coffee company brings us the dry powder, lactose-free coffee creamer (Coffee Mate brand, I think)...and I remember reading somewhere online that the dry coffee creamers may not be safe.
Is there a safe brand to use? Is Coffee Mate ok?
I don't know if it's ever bothered me because I'm still new to the diet, and was never sure if it was that bothering me or something else I ate during the day.

Coffee mate is made by Nestle. They will disclose gluten in their ingredients, so all you have to do is read the label. I happen to have the hazelnut flavor right here and it states it is non-dairy, lactose-free and gluten-free.

I read the ingredients, but I wasn't sure...I know ours states that it is lactose-free, but I know I didn't see gluten free. I'll have to double check when I go to work on Tuesday.
