I contacted a company that was mentioned on the UK gluten-free website. It is www.safetoeatfood.com
They have cooking sauces, soups, chutneys. I asked if they woud ship to Canada/ USA. They asked me if there was a market over here. I feel there would be, so if you are interested, check out the website, and contact them as well.
