ive had to cut out gluten, dairy, soy and eggs and nuts from my diet and am starting to look very thin - i wanna gain some weight back. before i developed stomach problems i was 161 lbs and now im 146 lbs. what can i do to put weight back on? are there meal replacement drinks that are free of all allergans? also i might have a new job that requires a lot of travel and cant worry about finding a healthy restaurant whenever im on the road. any advice? thx

You might try rice milk or hemp milk. They are good in tea lattes, for example, or heated with a bit of cinnimon and nutmeg, and agave nectar or honey or something. That usually puts a few pounds on me.

Avocados are also good.

i lost like 40 puonds after my first jaw surgery (since i was on a liquid diet) and it took me about a year to put all that weight back on.
i used this a lot, "Contains no corn, egg, gluten, soy, sugar, wheat or yeast, so Vega is also very much allergen-friendly, too!"
