My favorite bread recipe uses powdered milk. Now I need to remove all the dairy from the recipe and I'm a bit lost. Anyone have any suggestions?
Or, does anyone have a tried and true recipe for an Italian bread recipe?

I use Vance's DariFree when I need powdered milk. I order it online since I haven't seen it in any stores where I live.

I second the Vance's. I've heard there is some form of powdered rice milk as well, but I'm not sure what the brand is.
