Hi, I thought Children's Motrin was safe but every time my son gets sick with a fever, and I give him motrin, his constipation comes back within the next week. I thought I read on here once that someone thought it wasn't safe.

We have used it with no issues in the past. As far as the constipation, it may be the medicine itself, not gluten. I have a tendency to get constipated when using ibuprofen.
