I have been making my own teriyaki sauce since I couldn't find one listed that was gluten-free. I happened to come across La Choy teriyaki marinade & sauce at Walmart....and could not detect any gluten ingredients, but since I am only a couple of months into this I called the company and they confirmed that there are no gluten ingredients....I am thrilled. Hope this helps any one else who enjoys teriyaki chicken

Thank you for posting. I am sure that others will be equally thrilled. I use it alot on my steaks before grilling.

whoever said that celiacs can't have a little flavor in their diet???

i'll have to pick this up... i love stir frying chicken and mixing it up with steamed veggies and rice. such a quick meal to prepare after a long day at work!
