Hi there,
I am newly diagnosed gluten intolerant, but have been on a gluten free diet for about 6 weeks while waiting for all the test results. I experienced a rapid recovery from my main symptom - stomach pain/spasms, until about 5 days ago. I am in a total relapse with all the anxiety, exhaustion and pain that goes with it. I am vigilant in my avoidance of gluten, and cannot imagine what triggered this. From what I can gather from these boards, this is not unusual, but I'm looking for some reassurance..... is this part of the process? I was lucky, I was diagnosed after only 7 months of pain and 6 doctors, and I now realize that this condition was on the back burner for much longer, but how long before real healing is complete?
