Desitin is gluten free, Im not sure about a + d. We use it for other rashes that seem to pop up when she gets accidentally glutened. The overnight stuff works great for us.

We've used Burt's Bee's diaper cream, and we love it. And it smells soooo good!

We use Butt Paste. One of the stongest and most effective creams you can buy.

Hope that gives you the info you're looking for. Looks like Desitin AND A&D are both gluten free.
