I discovered this via the scenic route  but thought someone might be interested in applying.

Visit the Open Original Shared Link page, scroll through the alphabetical list and click on Gluten-Free Cooking. The list of requirements will appear to the right. The rest of the necessary info can be found through the links on the left side of the page.

I GOT TO SAY I do and because of MOM up here i did put in for this gig...

I already started a blog and boy it would be great to get paid...or not....my real goal is to have a standard form for the GLUTEN MONSTER that is at all places we to eat..

I am starting with the Cruise ships and will work form there...Some day i hope to be able to go and revise every ones menus in the WORLD FOR US..

It is not fair for us to just eat salad or one item that they think is for us...Have you seen Olive gardens menu??? Sucks.... With all the other food they have already.. Just need to have a real menu.....

Thank you MOM....and every one else who is watching my blog cause it is time for us to eat at restaurants...To walk in and know CHEF DANIEL P. has made the menu and taught the cooking staff how to prepare it right with out cross contaimnation..

blog is;; https://www.celiac.com/authors/179/Daniel-Moran

Thank you Chef Daniel P.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
    • mishyj
Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
