Does anyone know if Inari or Tamago is gluten free?

Inari is not. The deep fried tofu pockets are always seasoned with soy sauce. If you have access to the ingredients and want to make your own let me know and I'll provide links. Tamago is usually not. It usually contains other ingredients, sometimes in very small quantities, but more often than not, not gluten-free ones, like soy sauce and dashi(broth).
