Hi, One of my daughters is diagnosed and I am in the process of testing. Seems to take awhile. As I am getting educated daily on things she can eat, I have not seen any mention of hot drinks. Specifically camomile tea and hot chocolate. What brands are for sure gluten-free? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

I was happy with Ah!Laska organic cocoa. They have a non-dairy, and dairy available. The ingredients list is gluten free, but they will no longer guarantee that it is gluten free because of cross contamination at the facility.

Safeway brand used to be, I haven't double checked lately as we just make hot chocolate using hershey cocoa. But if you contact Safeway they have in the past emailed me a list, of which I can't find currently.
