Orange Nut Bread

I have always loved Orange Nut Bread.Does anyone have a gluten-free recipe for it?Connie can I just use my old recipe and substitute the rice flours for the wheat flour?Would I use the same amount?

Yes, we have had much success using our old recipes for quick breads and cookies, just using a gluten-free mix of rice, tapioca & potato flour.

I wouldn't use straight rice flour, but a combination of flours has worked well for me. I prefer using sorgum, soy, and amaranth, myself, but it depends on your preferences. :-)
