My aunt found this online at NPR's site. You can't read the transcript but you can listen to the interview. It is pretty interesting and seems factual and informative. Enjoy.

I didn't like most of the interview especially near the end.

I thought it was interesting, though misleading about that "simple" blood test :unsure: as there is no mention of how many people are not caught with the test.

anti-body negative, self diagnosed, Gluten free since March 2001. Two sons (8) also have celiac. Antibody and biopsy positive. I love to cook and after much much experimentation can now get by pretty well!
