Help
I've been told that their plain (single) spices are gluten free, however, my local grocery store only sells McCormack and I needed curry and its one of their blended spices. They have 3 different kinds of curry and all 3 are called blended. Does anyone know about these?

I have some sheets from my nutritionist and it states that "McCormick Spices (pure spices-not blends, Gluten free"
