I have a shredded parmesan cheese that has "microcrystalline cellulose" added to prevent clumping. Anyone know if it is glutenous or not?

Thanks!

okaaay....I'll answer my own question:

For some reason I can't copy the site addy but, basically, it is wood polimer. Hmmm...and they put it in grated cheese......interesting.....
