Can a person on gluten-free diet be allergic to "Wheat Flour"(NOT gluten-free) just by working with it?
Because yeasterday I was making some pastry (not for me) , and of course working with wheat... There was no reason for me to have urticaria a lot in my hands, so, is it possible for wheat (NOT gluten-free) to cause such a thing???
